11:00 am I was on our cross trainer machine and treadmill
in Ian's gym sessions but I didn't like the hard cross trainer.- 


12:30 pm I had Sapphire dinner of beef lasagne that 

lovely Sharon made yesterday with fab garden peas.-

2:00 pm We went Queens park and sat in the shade for while in the

lovely breeze and funny news we played funny hide and seek aswell.- 

6:30 pm I played Boccia with my Jigsaws friends and good news 

Grandma came to supported me and seeing Willow at her house.-
