11:00 am I went to Horwich Barbers for happy new hair cut by my friend Jamail and we have catch up with him aswell.- 1:00 pm I doing this week bingo at Hindley Community Centre and we have catch up with fab Karen and Callum who their volunteers in their tearooms.- 3:00 pm I went to Heaton Medical for talked to see doctors Mohammed to helped about stoped me with my silly Anxious and Sleeping problem.- 8:00 pm We listened to tonights Simon's Virtual pub chat on youtube and listened to OneStep4Red Band concert on youtube was brilliant.-

11:00 am I played some Boccia with Barry at Bolton Lads and Girls in their indoor sports hall and they have red line on the floor for boocia.- 12:30 pm I ordered my dinner at fab Stefanos pizza and pasta I have meaty pizzas and can of orange juice in their amazing food hall at Bolton Market.- 2:30 pm We watched an family flim called Kung Fu Panda when we get back and funny news its was Me and Humira was only want to watch it.- 7:00 pm I try out Hollywood Bowl with favorite Inspired Outings for change and I heard my girlfriend Nina and Nick are booked the trip.-

11:00 am We went back to ophthalmology unit about my keratoconus at hospital and I dont like the scanning machine because it make me jump.- 12:30 pm I had the best cheese burger in the world made by our student and cooked by our lovely Traccy with heathy side salad.- 1:30 pm We did drawing and colouring places around fab bolton area and I ware copy of Bolton Market as our part of latest Community Board project.- 7:00 pm It is well-being evening with Chair Yoga, Singing and Signing and mood pebble with New Destiny and catch up with they fab staff.-

10:30 am In the gym with lan I did try out the raise machine work and tried their different weight with Tracey and Karen.- 2:00 pm We visited at their new exhibition in Bolton Museum called Unpacked from the Store and funny news there ware a dentist chair and I like fancy pole.- 3:00 pm We say goodbye to Conner because he have moveing into supported accommodation with their carers on Dean Church Lane.- 7:00 pm We try out new group called Social Groove karaoke night at The Beaumont Arms and seeing some Inspired Outings and beers with John, Andrew and Norman.-

10:45 am I catch up with Holly and Gaby her daughter where they visit a local McDonald's and they trying their new mini egg menu.- 2:00 pm I have a adventure walk through some woods at Lilford Park leigh with Becky and we saw two squirrels running around.- 3:30 pm We have looked at Tkmaxx and funny news they already selling all spooky Halloween decorations and ornaments aswell.- 7:30 pm Funny news Electric Umbrella did chicken raps which was bonkers and  then have nice monday relaxed warn bath ready for Sapphire Family tomorrow.-

9:00 am We learned about scary Crocodiles and Hippo's and we watched Deadly 60 and I was surprised fab hippos can communicate underwater.- 1:30 pm We went to Drinc and I tried out another new cake called  Rum and Raisin with bottles of Apple Juice with Susan and Nick.- 2:45 pm We saw lots of blowing sugar stealer up the lane on my favorite horse called Cilla today at Margaret Haes Riding.- 7:00 pm We doing mum bonkers bingo and I was bingo caller and I watch some fab long Jump and Pole Vault.-
