11:30 am I did Cat pose and windmill stretch in a new yoga called Adaptive yoga workout and I gained 1lb in weight on Wii weigh in.- 1:30 pm We doing the Kearsley scarecrows festival and I liked Stick Man, Spider Man, Mermaid and fab David Attenborough.- 4:00 pm We drive pass a new scarecrow was Old McDonald on Farm which is at my old fab Grosvenor's Nursery school.- 8:00 pm We watch Danny's doing an pub crawl around Ayr and listen to some The Hotpot live from Manchester stage.-

11:00 am I met Daniel who came to my house to look at our roof and our meter cupboards so he can tell us how much solar panels will be.- 12:00 pm I have some delicouse blackpeas and did some bingo at Hindley Community Centre to doing their bingo with Linda callers.- 3:00 pm We have a long drive back home through Blackrod Adlington and Horwich because it was early go back home.- 8:00 pm We went to JR's for few cheeky beer and catch up with John and maybe watch end of Simon's doing The Stoned Crow Virtual pub.-

10:30 am Jen and Cassie tooks us on a Bolton Heritage Trail by using Trail Tale App and we read about Fred Dinah and Booths Music Shop.- 11.30 am We were learned about Ye Old Man and Scythe which was built 775 year ago and have fresh J2O Orange and Passion.- 1:30 pm Funny news its was only me and Sunita wanted do  some Jigsaw puzzle of Moana in our group games session.- 7:00 pm I have our Booth's get together at Gail's House to celebrate her birthday cakes and dinks and have an bath ready the weekend.-

10:00 am We try out Bolton's Alphabet Trail in bolton and big surprised one was in St Andrew's Court and I do remember Coffee, Cake and Craft Cafe.- 12:30 pm I have a special King Prawn fried rice from Cafe De Casa and that I brought some home for our tea because its was too much for me.- 1:30 pm Funny news I draw The Venue Bar where we do Nightlife and do colourful bubble letter saying Queen Park for our new community board.- 7:00 pm We went to back Gateway at Jubilee Centre Dancing, play pool with Francis and helped out with ours Rita giving out our chocolate bar.-

10:30 am In our new community board project I carry on colouring image of Bolton Market with our own felt pens.- 12:30 pm I had Italian pasta with tomato sauce for my dinner and healthy pots of tasty Greek vanilla yoghurt.- 2:00 pm Very kind Rachel gave us guided tour of Bolton History section and I learned about Nat Lofthouse shirt.- 8:30 pm Me and mum painted peddle of Halloween witch and it is only Norman joing us for few beers at Ale House.- 

12:00 pm I have one of Pretzel which was chesse and salami from Pretzel and Spelt by lady called Angelika.- 2:00 pm We have own fab Heritage Trail at Clifton Country Park and I didnt know there was old chimney called Fletcher's Folly and old cottage aswell.- 3:30 pm We looking around Emmaus Bolton and visit their craft shop and visit Morrison's Cafe in town and have delicious strawberry Jam and cream scone.- 7:30 pm I watch this week Electric Umbrella with Tom and its was disco and they doing an musical statue and relaxing warm ready for Sapphire.-
