9:30 am I watch a lady cleaning the windows of The Shard building in London which is 200 metres tall and have an relaxing morning aswell.- 1:30 pm We met our Nick and Steve at Drinc in Ramsbottom  I have very new cake called Blackcurrant and Apple flapjack.- 2:45 pm I ride Joey down the lane this week and Joey ware naughty eat some grass and Ellie ware this week instructor.- 7:00 pm Andrew and Lesley is having chat and catch up the last weeks bake off where they are made garlic bread and some of enriched bread.-

11:00 am We did chair Zumba exercise by ZT's Fitness Studio to some music and funny news its super fast for me and dad.- 2:30 pm We walked along old Railways Track in Withnell which is a lovely nature reserve and listened to relaxing birds singing.- 3:30 pm We called off Black Dog Belmont for cheeky beers and we seeing some black and white photography's of Bolton Wanderers.- 8:00 pm We doing fun knowledges quiz by Dicky Tickers and eating challenge with Leah Shutkever and listened to Oliva Dean on stage.- 

11:00 am I did bit of learn what's is our mental hearth is about and I didnt know many peoples has been struggle about mental health.- 12:30 pm We went Bolton Create to have specials bolognas tagliatelle with healthy side salad and coleslaw and visited to The Range Bolton.- 3:00 pm We called off  at Grandma House and I enjoy seeing some old photos of her old lovely Sandy that she used have.- 8:00 pm We went Jr's Ale House for few of beer with Keith, Paul, Andy and Stuart maybe listened to famous Will Edgar on Bolton Food and Drink Festival on stage.-

10:30 am We decorations own halloween pumpkins and I copied a bat and spooky ghost that I found on my phone.- 1:30 pm Funny news I did more art this afternoon working on World Mental Health Week and I colour with our Barry a beautiful rainbow.- 4:00 pm I have dentist check up with Miss Musa getting rid all my teeths tartar by used her specials tools inside.- 7:30 pm I did Laura James dancing class with pompoms at LadyBridge Community Centre then having an relaxing bath ready for the weekend.-

10:30 am We helped colour bubble letters saying 'Welcome AO Let's Go' because they are visiting fab Sapphire and doing some activitie with us.- 12:30 pm I had Sapphire's dinner today which was ham with marinara sauce to making pasta bake yesterday by students.- 2:00 pm We have relax swim with fab Carol helped me this time because Karen's is on holiday's in Jubilee hydro pool.- 7:00 pm I went to Gateway club to see my friends, have a dancing play pool with Garry and give out chocolate biscuits with Larraine.-

10:30 am Jen was very scary when she called out the Halloween bingo spooky numbers rhyme and funny news our Molly jumped out her skin.- 12:30 pm For my lunch I had the best Cheese and Onion quiche thats Sharon made yesterday with homemade apple crumble and custard for my pudding.- 1:30 pm In ours tea and talk we give out an questions to help our mental health in Kelly's cafe de cassa and I tried out lemonade and mango drink.- 8:30 pm We carry on painting pottery of Minnie the Mouse and have cheeky cider with Norman, Andrew and John at Ale house Horwich.-
