10:30 am We did some arm stretching exercise at my first session doing Rebound Therapy with Jenni and Neive on a fab trampoline.- 12:30 pm I had healthy Falafel and Houmous with an scotch egg and green smoothie for my packed lunch.- 2:00 pm In Cassie's signing group we learned to sign days of the week and funny news the sign for Sunday is like praying.- 6:00 pm We went to bowling at Hollywood Bowl at Rock Bury with Jigsaw friend and catch up with Emma aswell.-
