11.30 am I did weeky aerobice run on wii and big surpise I
only put on three pounds white we were holiday in Cyprus.-


1.30 pm I have an Autumn walk with Lorna at Witton Country Park which has
established pubilc park since in 1973 when the land was officially designate.-


2.30 pm I went to The Lakeside Coffee Shop for Carrot cake with walnut
and funny news nice lady remember me from last time which was lovely.-


8.00 pm We have cheeky beer at Jrs Ale House and then listen
to some of songs to found out which tunes I liked to listened.-

11.00 am I went to Wheels for all on Leverhulme Park and I did about four laps on the running track and good news some of Comco carer was there.- 12.30 pm I have baked potato with beans and cheesey from Sapphire's kitchen with some Raspberries yogurt for dinner.- 2.00 pm Someone called Tom came into Sapphire to make an poetry about What's things a man can do different lady.- 7 30 pm I went to Grandma House for catch up because I know Daytippers Dance have they have six week break.-

10.30 am We went to Nuffield Health for fun table tennis and Barry carry on learning me doing my forehand and backhand.- 12.30 pm I have my packed lunch which was spicy chicken pasta salad from asda and have orange juice from kitchen.- 1.30 pm We play circuit games and it made me laughs when our  Reggie started playing football by using his nose and his claws.- 7.45 pm I have bath then we try Beer@33 Horwich for the Open Mic Night Every Third Thursday and watch perform.-

11.00 am I did healthy running on the path on wii fit with dad and I have put one pound on my in weight.- 1.30 pm Trevor from Comco came and we went to Turbary Wood Owl and Birds of Prey Sanctuary's and watch their flying display.- 3.30 pm We stoped off at new Starbucks Coffee at Rivington Services and I have a orange juice and boston cream muffin.- 5.00 pm Everyone come for dads birthday and have delicious pasties  and peas and cake and watch two man has visit the fred Dinah statue.-
