11.30 am I went to see my dentists Miss Musa to have a check
up and she was very pleased with them and gave them a scale.-


12.30 pm Good news an delivery man came with our
missing suitcase that had gone to the wrong airport.-


1.00 pm We play friendly bingo at Chapter One tearooms
and bought some healthy stir-fry from Tesco for our tea.-


7.15 pm We went to Gateway to listen live band of The Replay and
carrs pasties and catch up with Simon vist brewery's in Caerphilly.-

9th August 2025 - Dad's Birthday Today

11.00 am I did healthy running on the path on wii fit with dad and I have put one pound on my in weight.- 1.30 pm Trevor from Comco came and we went to Turbary Wood Owl and Birds of Prey Sanctuary's and watch their flying display.- 3.30 pm We stoped off at new Starbucks Coffee at Rivington Services and I have a orange juice and boston cream muffin.- 5.00 pm Everyone come for dads birthday and have delicious pasties  and peas and cake and watch two man has visit the fred Dinah statue.-
