11.00 am I did another very healthy run on Wii fit
with dad and I put on just 1lb in weight this week.-



1.30 pm We went to Haigh Country Park with Lorraine for scorching walk
and I found out something new I havent being their fab relaxing swan lake.-


3.00 pm I have a lovely Mr Whippy Ice -cream in tub which make me
and Lorraine cool down and funny news I saw lady doing yoga pose.-


7.45 pm We called at JR's for beers maybe John will be
there and catch up with Pauls beer review earlier today.-

11.00 am I lost another pound in weight and did a healthy run on our wii fit on their country paths on lovelys Island.- 1.00 pm Wendy came from Comco and we had an beef burger with chips and salad and a man was playing Banjo in the cafe.- 2.00 pm I have a look around a charity shop called The Children's Society and bought some tasty halloumi cheese from the market.- 7.45 pm Exciting news my favourite band called The Lancashire Hotpot are playing at Albert Halls on stages with my friend called Dickie Ticker.-
