11.00 am I did some fab jigging on wii fit and big surpised
I lost two two pounds after xmas witch make me surpised.-

1.00 pm Suesan take me to seing some Ducks and Geese 
and feeding some Squirrels and I liked seeing the Coots.-

3.00 pm I have Victoria Sponge and drinks at Asda and called
off at Emmaus Charity Shop and I bought some crafty things.-

8.00 pm We catch up with Pauls with friend John 
and watch sky darts match with Jake and Katie.-
