10.00 am in Steve's all sports club I did some fab push up
and slam ball exercise in the big sports hall at Thornleigh,-

1.30 pm We have new three mile explore walk around Pennington Flash in 

Leigh and big surprise there was sailing club at the other side of the flash.-

3.00 pm We also look at the canal called Leeds/Liverpool

Canal then we walked backs round into Pennington Flash.-

8.15 pm I went to JR's ale house for few beer and maybe listen 
some John doing some his Lreland songs from St Patrick's Day.-
