12.00 pm I have very delicious fried egg on toast for
my lunch with some brown sauce and fab fruit juice.-


1.30 pm We meet Sue and Nick at favourite Drinc Cafe 
and I had slice of delicouse Apple and Salted Caramel.-


2.45 pm This week we ride up the lane on Ollie with another
rider called Sam and good news my Ollie behaved very well.-

8.00 pm Some good friend are doing mums bonkers bingo and
catch up with fab pottery thrown down doing their raku Jars.-
