11.00 am We did some boxercise and chair based exercises with lovely
Taz for change from Seniorcise because alex from gym was cancelled.-

12.30 pm We have my packed lunch which was tomato and
feta pasta salad with some onion bhaji with nice special dip.-

1.30 pm We had our students meeting with Jen to discuss which
activities we have enjoyed and talked about new places to visit.-

8.30 pm We catch up with Dogs Behaving very Badly with an dogs

doctor called Graham Hall and then seeing John at The Ale House.-
